Fishman: "In the future, I would like to become a blend of Korb3n and StrangeR."

Dmitry "Fishman" Polishchuk, the captain of the Western European team World Entity from Belarus, talked in an interview about how he would react to an offer from an organization to assemble a young Dota 2 roster.

"If I were offered a salary of $50,000, I would consider this proposal. It's a very complex process. I would need to climb the leaderboards, find players, write... Understand whether the person is reasonable or not. There's a lot of work, and I'm not up for it right now. I have some good players in mind, promising ones, but they still need time."

"Can you name anyone?" "No, it's a secret so that no one steals them!"

"If you think about it, you've discovered many talented players for the scene. Do you consider yourself a good or at least decent scout?" "We'll find out in the future. In the future, I would like to become a mix of Korb3n and StrangeR. Someone who's not exactly a coach but still assembles a team and deals with issues. Someone who can even offer something about Dota, about organizing the workflow: resolving conflicts, kicking a player somewhere, finding someone."

"We'll see. Right now, of course, I don't plan on doing that. I plan to play. We'll see if I can do that in the future. So far, my intuition hasn't failed me."

Earlier, Polishchuk also talked in an interview about meeting Ammar "ATF" Al-Assaf from Jordan and Stanislav "Malr1ne" Potorak from Russia.
