Dmitry "Fishman" Polishchuk, the captain of the Western European team World Entity from Belarus, talked in an interview about how he would react to an offer from an organization to assemble a young Dota 2 roster.

"If I were offered a salary of $50,000, I would consider this proposal. It's a very complex process. I would need to climb the leaderboards, find players, write...
