G2.iG left the tournament

Team Spirit defeated G2 Invictus Gaming in the lower bracket of The International 2024 playoffs for Dota 2. The match concluded with a score of 2-0. In their next game, Yaroslav "Miposhka" Naidenov’s team will face Xtreme Gaming. The losing team will be eliminated from the tournament.

G2.iG has been knocked out of the competition, finishing in 13th-16th place. Earlier, beastcoast, Team Zero, Talon Esports, nouns, and 1win Team were also eliminated from the tournament.

The International 2024 is taking place from 4 to 15 September. Teams are competing for a prize pool that, at the time of publication, stands at $2.4 million, accumulated from the sales of the Compendium and its levels.
