During a personal stream on Twitch, content creator Janne "Gorgc" Stefanovski shared details regarding the conflict between Akbar "SoNNeikO" Butaev and Ammar "ATF" Al-Assaf. He mentioned that he had asked Skiter for details and recounted the information he received from Team Falcons. According to him, three months prior, ATF had called SoNNeikO brainless in matchmaking, after which SoNNeikO messaged Ammar on X, stating that if he qualified for LAN, he would beat him. Eventually, they encountered each other in real life, where SoNNeikO hugged ATF and then allegedly threatened to hit him and take him down. This incident reportedly took place in the hotel lobby.
Earlier, Ilya "Illidan" Pivtsaev, a streamer from the esports organisation Team Spirit, also shared his thoughts on this matter through his personal Telegram channel. He referred to SoNNeikO as a "cowardly puppy" for threatening someone weaker than himself, suggesting that he acted cowardly. Illidan expressed curiosity about whether figures like Puppey, Fly, or Iceberg would have behaved the same way if they had sent a message to SoNNeikO in a pub, implying the answer was clear. He described SoNNeikO as a self-satisfied individual, citing an instance where he claimed to have sat quietly with Ramzes, who had allegedly threatened him at boot camp. Illidan used strong language to describe SoNNeikO's behaviour, warning that anyone with basic self-defence tools could easily turn the tables on him. He challenged SoNNeikO to confront someone capable of standing up to him at least once in his life, predicting a very different outcome.
