Aurora Gaming defeated Heroic in the lower bracket of The International 2024 playoffs for Dota 2. The result of the match was 2-1. Hector "K1" Rodriguez's team has been eliminated from the competition.

Aurora Gaming advances to the next round of the lower bracket. In the final match of the game day, Team Spirit will face Xtreme Gaming. The losing team will be eliminated from the tournament.

The International 2024 is taking place from 4 to 15 September. Teams are competing for a prize pool that, at the time of publication, stands at $2.4 million, accumulated from the sales of the Compendium and its levels.
