KingR about The International 2024

Former professional player Rinat 'KingR' Abdullin shared his thoughts on the main favourites for the upcoming The International 2024 in a comment to the media.

He identified his top three favourites as Falcons, Gaimin Gladiators from Europe, and Team Spirit. Abdullin expressed disappointment over the relatively small prize pool and speculated that Spirit might give other teams a chance. He predicted that Team Falcons from MENA would become the champions, noting that the small prize pool might affect Team Spirit’s chances of a decisive victory.

The International 2024 will be held in two stages. The Road to The International will take place from 4 to 10 September, with the main event running from 13 to 15 September. The top 16 teams will gather in Copenhagen to compete for a prize pool, which at the time of publication stands at $2,145,159.
