Team Spirit streamer Kamil "Koma`" Biktimirov offered advice on when to consider changing roles in Dota 2. He suggests trying out a new position for a while to see what you enjoy more.
"Should we change roles to raise your MMR? When you change roles, you start playing even worse, unless you're completely burned out from your current role," expressed Biktimirov. "Personally, I never reached a point where I didn't want to play carry. Although, this did happen when I already had a high MMR."
"The key is that you can try changing roles. But saying 'That's it, I will only play offlane' is too radical. You can try playing another role for a period of two to three weeks. If you like it, then continue," advised Kamil "Koma`" Biktimirov.
Previously, Biktimirov explained why he continues to play Dota 2 despite not being able to compete at a high level anymore. He enjoys streaming because it helps other people.
Koma regularly offers useful advice to his viewers, suggesting how to handle various situations in Dota 2. Earlier, he shared his method for dealing with tilt, recommending that players engage in other activities to avoid excessive emotionality that can hinder gameplay.
