Team Spirit manager Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov discussed the potential transfer fee for Alan "Satanic" Gallyamov from Yellow Submarine. He believes it makes no sense to sell a young Dota 2 player for a pittance.
"Of course, there's a possibility for Satanic to transfer to another team if he wants. No one will set unreasonable buyouts just to prevent his transfer. That's absurd. I'm a reasonable person, unlike many. If Liquid comes, and we discuss a transfer with Satanic, no one will demand unreasonable money."
"Take Virtus.pro, for example. How many times has their management mentioned the price they paid for electronics? I think a lot. So, I see no problems if, hypothetically, the VP comes with an offer and pays enough money. Definitely not as much as for electronics, but enough. If the team mentions how much they paid for electronics, it means they have the money."
"Do you know how much it costs in resources and effort to find a person, negotiate with their parents, arrange a move to Europe, rent an apartment, provide food, education, and so on? Do you know how much that costs? A considerable amount. So, no one will let him go for little money," Korb3n explained.
In April, Korb3n mentioned the approximate transfer cost for Gallyamov. He won't sell the player for $500,000. The owner is open to considering offers starting at a million dollars
