Limitless named the most useless role in Dota 2

Former professional player Yaroslav "Limitless" Parshin believes that offlaners are of no use in Dota 2. During his stream, Parshin attempted to convey to viewers why he held this opinion.

"The joke is that the offlane is the most useless role. Supports and midlaners create space on the map from 5 to 15 minutes. The carry comes online from the 20th minute onwards - and that's it. Offlaners couldn't care less. It doesn't matter what items they have and so on. Anyway, the carry demolishes the 'house', and midlaners are the spacers." - Yaroslav "Limitless" Parshin

Earlier, Limitless shared how Neta "33" Shapira comes up with builds in the offlane position. According to him, the Team Liquid offlaner looks at hero builds from other esports players via Dotabuff.

Parshin has not been playing on the professional scene since December 2022 due to a lifetime ban for account sharing during a tournament. ESL is expected to allow him to participate in their events by the end of 2024, unlike Valve and PGL.
