List of Teams for Esports World Cup 2024 with Largest Prize Pool

The Riyadh Masters, the Dota 2 competition at the inaugural Esports World Cup, will feature a total prize pool of $5 million. Esports World Cup 2024 will host 19 different competitions, most with a prize pool of $1 million. Dota 2 offers the largest prize, followed by PUBG Mobile with $3.8 million and Mobile Legends: Bang Bang with $3.5 million.

Although $5 million is the largest prize pool among the 19 tournaments at the Esports World Cup, it is only a quarter of last year’s Riyadh Masters prize pool, which stood at $15 million.

Twenty teams will compete for the Esports World Cup trophy. Eight teams will receive direct invitations based on the ESL Pro Tour ranking, while 12 more will come from regional qualifiers. Notably, the regional qualifiers will also have a substantial prize pool, though EWC has yet to announce the exact amount and distribution.
