Maria Gunina spoke about bundles from 9Pandas

Former strategic director of 9Pandas, Maria Gunina, accused the esports club of failing to pay for team bundles in Dota 2 on her personal Telegram channel.

Initially, Maria Gunina reacted to a post from a 9Pandas representative about a new host within the organisation, commenting on the sole reason anyone had heard of their club and achieved any success. She then made a jest about the club’s CMM specialist, suggesting that Joaquin Phoenix had worked for a year as a social media manager for a tier-3 Dota team, inventing 184 variations of the phrase "we’re dropping out of the qualifiers, we’ll come back stronger."

Following this, the official 9Pandas Telegram channel responded with a joke about the specialist's partner, who was said to have always been supportive during difficult times.

In response, Maria Gunina stated that she had hoped to receive payment for the team bundles from 9Pandas but had only received poor memes in return. Previously, she had noted that the setting of the Dota 2 storyline event "Fallen Crown" bore a strong resemblance to Diablo III.
