Valve has added an event dedicated to the upcoming The International 2024 to the Dota 2 files, although it is not yet available to players. The mention was found by the author of the Telegram channel "Dota Stepana."
What developers are planning for users remains unknown. It is possible that Valve will release a themed compendium to boost the prize pool for The International 2024. There was no such compendium in 2023, directly impacting the TI12 prize pool ($3.3 million).
Previously, Team Spirit manager Dmitry "Korb3n" Belov stated that Valve would sell team bundles for the World Championship participants. Belov did not reveal when this would happen.
The International 2024 will be held in Denmark from September 4 to 15. Eastern Europe will be represented by Team Spirit, BetBoom Team, and 1win. The prize pool for the event will be announced later.
