Mira on Patch 7.36b: “It’s Been Nothing But Losses”

Team Spirit's support player, Miroslav “Mira” Kolpakov, shared his thoughts on the new 7.36b patch in Dota 2. While he appreciates the update, he is still searching for the best heroes to play.

“To be honest, I have no idea who to play right now,” Mira expressed. “I’m still trying to figure it out. I’ve lost around 500 MMR. It’s been nothing but losses, and nothing is working, but that’s okay. The only time I manage to win is when I’m playing Rubick, my default hero. With everyone else, it's just losses. My Pudge, in particular, has gone 0-10 over the past few days.”

Mira acknowledged that despite his struggles, he finds the patch exciting. “The patch is fun. It’s made Dota feel much fresher and more vibrant. There’s a lot to experiment with and test out. I believe there are still many strong strategies and hero builds yet to be discovered,” expressed Miroslav.

Patch 7.36b was released on the night of June 6, 2024. The developers have adjusted the balance for heroes like Sand King, Techies, Pudge, and others. Detailed patch notes can be found via this link.

Team Spirit’s next tournament will be the Riyadh Masters 2024, taking place from July 19 to 30 in Saudi Arabia. The championship will feature a $5 million prize pool. The event’s matches will be broadcast by the FUSSIRE studio, which holds the broadcasting rights until 2026.
