BetBoom Team carry player Yegor "Nightfall" Grigorenko shared what he was up to during the summer break. He admitted to constantly playing Dota 2 while his teammates were on vacation.
"[What have you been doing for the past month?] My entire team was resting, but I was grinding matchmaking to get top-1 and 14,000 MMR. Then we got together at bootcamp and spent 2-3 weeks trying to improve our game," Nightfall said.
"It was great to reach 14,000 MMR, but I was only the third to do it. It felt better to become top-1 in MMR. Fifteen thousand is the goal. I'm about 500 MMR away, so it won't be hard," Nightfall expressed confidently.
BetBoom Team defeated beastcoast 2-0 at Riyadh Masters 2024. In the next round, Grigorenko's team will face Xtreme Gaming. The match is scheduled for 15:30 MSK on July 11.
