Nix about the FISSURE Universe Grand Final

Streamer Alexander 'Nix' Levin shared his thoughts on Team Spirit's loss to Team Falcons in the grand final of FISSURE Universe: Episode 3, where they were defeated 0:3.

Alexander 'Nix' Levin noted that this was the last online tournament featuring top teams before The International 2024 and suggested that many might have viewed it as a way to warm up. He believes it is beneficial for Team Spirit to have lost, as it will provide them with extra motivation to train harder before The International. He acknowledged that Team Spirit plays well overall but needs to address issues with their drafts.

He mentioned that Team Spirit had some success with heroes like Sand King and Omniknight, and praised Enchantress from Miposhka, but their opponents banned these strategies in the grand final. As a result, Team Spirit struggled to find new effective strategies and began picking Mirana for their first pick.

Nix concluded that losing before The International could be advantageous, as it would drive Team Spirit to improve and return stronger for the main event, which is more significant than this online tournament. He considers the loss to be ultimately beneficial for Team Spirit.

Earlier, Nix also evaluated the performance of carry player Oliver 'skiter' Lepko from Team Falcons after their victory in FISSURE Universe: Episode 3.
