Streamer Alexander "Nix" Levin reviewed the training course by Alexander "s1mple" Kostylev for CS 2. He believes that the esports player did not put his heart into the project.
"I couldn’t do what s1mple did. With such a legacy, to produce such a product... Knowing I released trash under my name, I wouldn’t be able to sleep."
"It’s purely a commercial product. You wouldn’t read from a teleprompter with that kind of face... When you’re the best player in CS history—and he is literally a god—your course holds incredible significance because many people would want to take it. It’s like Michael Jordan teaching you basketball. He’s that level of greatness in CS."
"I’m sure s1mple can do better. He just needed to put his heart into it. But some people approached him, promising to sell this product," Levin said.
Previously, Levin expressed that he didn't understand the hate towards Kostylev. In his opinion, arrogance is part of a winner's mentality.
