Russian analyst and streamer Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov speculated about the release date of the third part of the "Crownfall" storyline event in Dota 2. He believes it makes sense to release the new content on the game's 11th anniversary.
"Well, the 39th date looks like self-trolling — like Valve Time — or some complicated Easter egg. It seems the third act will be released on July 9 (for us, it will be the night of the 10th). First, there's a pause at Riyadh Masters 2024, so it makes sense to release the event during the break. Second, July 9 is the official birthday of 'Dota.' The game will be 11 years old."
On June 29, Valve updated the information about the third act of "Crownfall." The release is scheduled for "June 30" — presumably, this could be July 9. No other details about the new part of the Crownfall event have been disclosed.
The "Crownfall" event started on April 19, 2024. During that time, the game introduced arcana for Skywrath Mage and Vengeful, as well as a treasure, double-rating tokens, and much more.
