Dota 2 analyst and streamer Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov commented on Tundra Esports' performance at Riyadh Masters 2024. In his view, this is not a team in the usual sense. The quote was made during the match with Team Liquid.
"You have to understand that Tundra are pub players. It's as if they are not a team but a mix from the pub. Accordingly, they can be beaten like a mix from matchmaking. You pick Beastmaster and solo the noobs running around the map, not understanding anything." Yaroslav "NS" Kuznetsov said.
The organizers of Riyadh Masters 2024 fined Tundra $8,000. This happened after support player Edgar "9Class" Naltakyan made inappropriate comments about Dmitry "Fishman" Polishchuk.
