During a ranked match, a heated exchange occurred between Danil 'gpk' Skutin and Ammar 'ATF' Al-Assaf in the chat. Austin 'Capitalist' Walsh shared screenshots of their conversation on his X account.
In the chat, Al-Assaf accused Skutin of exploiting a bug, while Skutin responded by downplaying the issue and expressing his frustration over his net worth in the game. Al-Assaf called himself a "stupid abuser" sarcastically, while Skutin maintained that he simply enjoys playing Dota 2. Al-Assaf then remarked that Skutin's actions—swapping heroes and gaining 250 gold—might be acceptable in pubs, but it wouldn't prevent him from advancing easily in any tournament.
The issue involves a bug with the Seed Money aspect on Alchemist. If an Alchemist with this aspect swaps heroes with an ally, the extra 250 gold remains with the player.
Earlier, Enzo 'Timado' Gianoli O'Connor from Peru also complained about a bug related to phone number binding for group play.
