Paragon Events has secured the rights to broadcast the Russian-language coverage of The International 2024 (TI13) qualifiers for Dota 2. The company announced this through its social media channels.
The matches will be commented on by both Paragon Events staff and guest commentators. One of the notable guest commentators will be Sergey "Smile" Revin. In total, 15 individuals will be involved in the broadcasts.

The qualifiers for The International 2024 will begin on June 9. Initially, teams from North America and China will compete for spots in the main tournament, followed by teams from South America and Eastern Europe.
Valve previously opened applications for broadcasting The International 2024 in Russian, Chinese, and Spanish. Studios interested in obtaining the rights must complete a special application form by June 15.
