RAMZES on Playing Off lane: "I Want to Be Like 9pasha in His Prime"

Roman "RAMZES" Kushnarev, currently standing in for Tundra Esports, expressed his aspirations for his performance in the off lane position in Dota 2. The five-time Major champion aims to reach the level of strength that Pavel "9pasha" Khvastunov demonstrated during his peak.

"It's always nice to try something new in life. Why not? I’ve been playing my whole life. We sit, we try hard, we play in matchmaking, and we have many scrims. I want to be like Pashok in his prime," RAMZES stated.

When asked about relaxation, RAMZES mentioned, "We haven't gone out anywhere. I met with kiyotaka once after 9Pandas lost the final of the qualifiers for The International 2024. We hit the gym and sauna a few times."

Tundra Esports recently defeated Team Secret with a score of 2-0, advancing to the upper bracket finals of the TI13 qualifiers. They will face the winner of the OG vs. Entity Gaming match for a spot in the main event.

The closed qualifiers for The International 2024 for Western Europe are taking place online from June 19 to June 23. Participants, including Nigma Galaxy and NAVI Junior, are competing for two spots in the main stage of the tournament.
