Dota 2 streamer Jan 'Gorgc' Stefanowski commented on his withdrawal from the BetBoom Streamers Battle 7 tournament, citing his inability to finalise a roster in time for the championship's start. The moment from Stefanowski's stream was shared on the organisers' Telegram channel.
He explained that he couldn't assemble a team in time and, after attempting to do so, realised that he was not fully invested in the tournament at the moment. He mentioned that he might participate in future events and reassured his audience that a replacement had been found, so everything was fine.
Gorgc was initially announced as one of the team captains for BetBoom Streamers Battle 7. Vladimir 'RodjER' Nikogosyan will take his place in the tournament.
BetBoom Streamers Battle 7 will be held online from the 12th to the 18th of August, with eight teams competing for a prize pool of ₽3 million. The tournament's best player will receive ₽300,000. Fans can watch the matches on the participants' personal Twitch channels.
