Riyadh Masters is not The International, TI is special

Marcus "Ace" Hoelgaard, off-laner for Gaimin Gladiators, compared The International and the Riyadh Masters in Dota 2.

He noted that his team has a strong track record in grand finals, but pointed out that the Riyadh Masters is not The International. He emphasised that TI is unique and carries significant pressure, as many players aspire to join the "TI winner" club and earn the associated accolades, such as the rings.

The International 2024 takes place from 4th to 15th September in Copenhagen, Denmark, with 16 teams participating. The prize pool has surpassed $2.4 million and continues to grow through sales of the compendium.
