Save- Approves of Trash Talk — Admits It Previously Harmed Him
BetBoom Team player Vitaliy «Save-» Melnik shared his thoughts on the role of trash talk in the professional Dota 2 scene. He sees nothing wrong with it as long as the banter stays within acceptable limits.
«I have always been okay with trash talk. I used to engage in it myself, but not anymore. In the past, I gave some not-so-great interviews where I used trash talk. In short, it was really bad. I've grown up and changed as a person. Overall, I have a positive view of trash talk as long as it doesn't cross any lines. It's always fine if it's within limits.
I don't think we have any specific issues with Team Falcons. Personally, I don't feel any negativity towards them, except for the competitive spirit», — Vitaliy «Save-» Melnik.
Earlier, Falcons midlaner Stanislav «Malr1ne» Potoraq stated that not all players on his team approve of trash talk during official matches. He agreed with his teammates' opinions.
