STORM has revealed the comeback of a Dota 2 legend for The International 2024

Martin "Saksa" Sazdov, the Dota 2 world champion, might return to the professional scene before the end of The International 2024. This information was shared by commentator and analyst Alexey "STORM" Tumanov during a Twitch stream.

STORM mentioned that Saksa could soon re-enter the pro scene, potentially replacing someone. While it was known that Saksa planned to return after The International, there is a possibility he might be seen in action before the event.

STORM also noted that although Saksa had previously announced his intention to return to the next Dota 2 season, it might happen much sooner. According to the commentator, Saksa could appear as a stand-in or even as a full-fledged team member at FISSURE Universe: Episode 3 or The International 2024.

The former Tundra Esports player has not commented on the situation, and no clubs have made announcements about signing Saksa. It is worth recalling that the champion of The International 2022 had earlier announced his return to the Dota 2 pro scene.
