«7.36b came out, and I haven't fully analyzed the previous patch yet. Kudos to Valve for releasing patches so quickly to fix broken heroes (Axe, Sand King, Phoenix, Shadow Shaman, Zeus, and a few others). Surprisingly, Sand King was heavily buffed initially, and now they've taken everything away. This is the second time this has happened, and again with this hero. The Aghanim's build has been popular in pubs for at least three months, but due to its popularity and the overly strong new changes, they finally took notice and heavily nerfed this build specifically.
Chen and Tinker have very funny changes — the former received completely unnecessary pseudo-buffs that don't address the obviously [bad] talents (try to figure out which talent is better up to level 25: left or right) and the poor choice of aspects; the latter received a buff to the aspect of machines, which now heal 120 HP instead of 80. And this doesn't stack. For a hero who recharges abilities.

Patch 7.36b was released in the MOBA game on the night of June 6. Valve made balance changes for many heroes.
