The first map of the match between NAVI Junior and PSG Quest in the qualifiers for The International 2024 began with a minimal delay in DotaTV, which violated the tournament rules.
PGL event organizers became aware of the error two minutes after the match started. The judges decided not to interrupt the players and allowed the map to be played out with the two-minute delay.
"As soon as the error was discovered in the second minute of the game, they immediately requested a rehost and explained that it violated several PGL rules, company standards, lobby player rights, and the transparency of the match result. However, there would be no rehost or replay," NAVI Junior Manager Zhanna Batkovna said.
The first map of the series lasted 50 minutes and 6 seconds, with PSG Quest emerging victorious. The winner of this match will face Tundra next.
