The International 2024 prize pool exceeds $2.5 million

The prize pool for The International 2024 has reached $2.5 million, according to Prize Pool Tracker. However, after 19 days of the compendium’s release, the growth rate lags $12.3 million behind record levels.

Compared to all TI tournaments since 2015, the current prize pool growth is the slowest for this period. Over the past 24 hours, Dota 2 players have contributed an additional $20,000. Gaimin Gladiators' Quinn Calahan previously commented on why he doesn’t see the decline in prize pool growth as a concern.

The International 2024 matches are taking place from 4 to 15 September at a LAN event in Copenhagen, Denmark.
