TORONTOTOKYO says Nix lives in his own reality

Alexander "TORONTOTOKYO" Hertek, the support player for BetBoom Team in Dota 2, commented on a statement made by Alexander "Nix" Levin. He believes that the level of competition in the professional scene has significantly increased over the past few years. He shared his thoughts on social media.

"From a multitude of tournaments, only one emerged. I had to show a good result, considering that I defeated a team in the qualifiers that took the top 3. What can you even compare this to? It's just laughable.

The competition was fierce, right? I'm sure that if the current rosters of Natus Vincere and Virtus.pro were playing at that time, they would consistently be at the top. You can look at Nigma Galaxy with the same players. Or at half of the Chinese teams that always placed high. The lineups haven't changed, but for some reason, they can't win.

Team play. Because a player in a team of just five people can't influence the results. They can't advise others on how to better structure the game to consistently win. To do this, you need to have a good understanding of the game and respect within the team. It's too complicated.

From my life experience, I've realized that there are people who simply live in their own reality. There's no point in telling them anything. Sometimes, a person can present their subjective opinion as the only correct one." - Alexander "TORONTOTOKYO" Hertek

The argument between the players began on May 1st. Nix advised TORONTOTOKYO to improve his warding. The BetBoom Team support player responded harshly to the criticism and questioned Nix's competence.
