TraVoMaN on Age in Dota 2: «As long as your brain works, the rest are just details»

Streamer Timur «TraVoMaN» Khafizov shared his thoughts on the impact of age on skill in Dota 2. According to him, age does not affect the level of gameplay.

«Does skills decline after 35+ years? No, like fine wine, I feel my skills increase with each passing year. Don't worry, guys, even if you're older. Skill in Dota is all about having a sharp mind; the rest are just details», — Timur «TraVoMaN» Khafizov.

Earlier, Khafizov explained why he doesn't play the carry role. He dislikes it due to the lack of constant fights. 

In March, Pavel «9pasha» Khvastunov discussed the need for older players in professional Dota 2 teams. He believes it's time to make way for the younger generation. Veteran esports players should be invited to teams only out of pity.
