Valve has fixed the Refresher Orb and Refresher Shard bug

An analyst from Team Spirit, Denis 'sikle' Lerman, reported that the developers of Dota 2 had fixed an in-game bug where the Refresher Orb and Refresher Shard had different cooldowns, allowing players to use both items. This information was shared on the staff member's personal Telegram channel.

Previously, a bug was discovered in Dota 2 where the first skill, Tame the Beasts, from Ringmaster would pass through Black King Bar and interrupt ability usage.
