"When I say something, it's almost like an order." Daxak shared how he trained PSG Quest

Former PSG Quest coach Nikita "Daxak" Kuzmin shared how he prepared the team for The International 2023 in Dota 2. He expressed his thoughts in a video published on the team's channel.

"Guys, when I say something, it's almost like an order. <...>

After each game, we have a 'five-minute rule' [The team doesn't discuss the match during this time]. Speaking immediately is a bad idea; it's better to do it after an hour. The game is over, we need to breathe and get our emotions in order.” - Nikita "Daxak" Kuzmin

Daxak emphasized the importance of team building. A good team spends time together not only in the game.

"To build a real team, we need to spend time together both in and out of the game. When we have weekends, we try to spend them together. We can play board games, take a walk, or go to a restaurant." - Nikita "Daxak" Kuzmin

Kuzmin coached PSG Quest since September 2023. During this time, the organization did not achieve success, finishing last in The International 2023 and DreamLeague Season 21.

Earlier, Malik explained that the reason for kicking Daxak was his authoritarian management style. The coach restricted players and only considered his own opinion.
