Xiao8 'begs' Paparazi to return to Dota 2 pro scene

According to rumours, Zhang "xiao8" Ning, the coach of LGD Gaming, is trying to persuade former professional player Zhang "Paparazi" Chengjun to return to competitive Dota 2. This information was shared by the Telegram channel "Muesli Chinese."

Xiao8 is reportedly eager for Paparazi to join his team, potentially LGD Gaming, and is making persistent efforts to convince him to come back.

Additionally, there are reports that LGD Gaming has completely disbanded its Dota 2 roster. The team failed to qualify for The International 2024, marking the first time since 2011 that the club has missed the tournament.

Paparazi had previously announced his departure from competitive Dota 2 following Xtreme Gaming's poor performance at Riyadh Masters 2023. It is said that Daniel "Ghost" Chan’s performance in Malaysia was the final blow to Paparazi’s remaining desire to compete professionally.
